Instructions
Using the same rules as Yes-And, use the phrase “Yes-If” at the top of each suggestion. Spend three minutes crafting a holiday party. Statements could include:
- We should have a holiday party that’s beach themed
- Yes, if we include all the different departments
- Yes, if we make sure to only by energy efficient party supplies
With Yes-if, we acknowledge what others are bringing. And we are adding ways to make it better, and bigger. But we aren’t blindly accepting. We are able to add while qualifying our goals.
