In 2016, I co-authored UX Research with Brad Nunnally through O’Reilly. The book explores the fundamentals of research for Product Design. One chapter explores the value of improvisation as it relates to research.
Having practiced improvisation since 2005, this is a topic that warrants more attention than a single chapter.
Collaborative Improv is intended as a reference for collaboration and co-creation. Through the lenses and lessons of improvisation, this book provides a vocabulary for designing, building, and collaborating on products in our modern day world.

The book is available! The book is live and available in an Amazon Bookstore near you! (That’s the internet). I plan to continue to keep this blog alive with reflections on the writing and publishing process, and of course thoughts on improvisation.
